ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

If any defects in workmanship or material appear, INCOQNITO offers for each piece purchased from authorized retailers, an international limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for the period of one year, commencing from the date of purchase.

Every piece found to be defective under this warranty will be at INCOQNITO’s discretion either repaired, pending repair feasibility and availability of parts, or replaced, or refunded. INCOQNITO’s Warranty shall not apply to any goods which have been, in INCOQNITO’s opinion, subject to abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse, or accident. Further, normal wear and tear - as determined by INCOQNITO's sole discretion - is not covered by the warranty. In no event shall INCOQNITO be liable for any other damages occurring from INCOQNITO’s goods and/or their use.

To request our Warranty Service please contact our customer care department at customercare@incoqnito.com to obtain an RMA number for return authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized. The damaged article in its original package must be mailed back to INCOQNITO.
